All prices quoted on our Website are in U.S. dollars and are valid only in the United States. Bee Visual™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Bee Visual™ will promptly issue a credit to your credit card. If you are otherwise unsatisfied with your purchase, you should contact Bee Visual™ Customer Service.

Bee Visual™ will replace or issue a credit for defective products under warranty or items that were damaged during shipping. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will issue a refund of the original purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee. Products must be returned within 15 days of receipt in original packaging and condition.  All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting Bee Visual™ at 508-229-0500, or support@beevisual.com

We do not sell your information to other companies. As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers: Name, Shipping/Billing Address, Email Address, Phone Number, Credit/Debit Card Number.  When you purchase a product, your credit card is charged only when your order is shipped, and your credit card information is never re-used except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments.
