How to print or share a board

You can print a board, email it as a PDF, or share it with another Choiceworks user.

To print or share a board:

1. Open the board you want to print or share.

2. Tap the arrow (Share) icon near the top of the board.

3. Choose an option:

- Print Board: print the board as a PDF on any AirPrint printer.

- Email PDF: email a PDF copy of the board.

- Share Board: open the share sheet to send the board to another Choiceworks user by email or AirDrop, or save it to Files (such as iCloud Drive).

To open a board someone shared with you, tap the gear (Settings) icon, then Import from Files, and select the file from iCloud Drive or the Files app.
