Share using Google Drive

You can use Google Drive to save or send a separate Choiceworks or Choiceworks Calendar Android file. Google Drive is only the place you keep or send the file. It does not create live sync or collaboration.

Choiceworks: save a board copy to Google Drive

1. Open the board you want to share.

2. Tap the Share icon at the top of the board.

3. Choose Share Interactive Board.

4. In the Android share screen, choose Google Drive.

5. Tap Save or Upload. The board file ends in .choiceworks.

Open that board on another Android device

1. Install Choiceworks for Android on the other device.

2. Open Google Drive and tap the .choiceworks file.

3. Choiceworks imports the board into the app.

Choiceworks Calendar: share one calendar with Google Drive

1. Open the calendar you want to send.

2. Tap the Share icon at the top right.

3. Choose Share This Calendar.

4. In the Android share screen, choose Google Drive.

5. On another Android device, open the .cwcalendar file. Choiceworks Calendar adds that calendar next to the calendars already on the device.

Full Calendar backups are different

In Choiceworks Calendar, Settings > Backup & Sharing > Back Up / Share Calendar makes one .cwcalendar backup file with every calendar on that Android device. Opening a full backup on another Android device replaces that device's calendars after you confirm. Use Share This Calendar when you only want to send one calendar.

Android files stay with Android. They do not move between the Android and iPhone or iPad versions of the apps.
