Share a board using Google Drive

You can save a Choiceworks board to Google Drive and open it on another device. First, make sure the free Google Drive app is installed and you're signed in.

1. Save a board to Google Drive

1. Open the board you want to share.

2. Tap the Share icon at the top of the board.

3. In the "Please select sharing method" box, tap Share Board.

4. In the share sheet, tap Google Drive (swipe the row of apps if you don't see it right away).

5. On the Google Drive screen, tap Upload. Your board is now saved to Google Drive.

2. Open a board you saved to Google Drive

1. Tap the gear (Settings) icon on the main screen.

2. Tap Import from Files.

3. Browse to Google Drive, choose your board file, and Choiceworks imports it.

Tip: if you don't see Google Drive in the share sheet or Files, open the Google Drive app once and sign in — then it appears.
