How to sync to Apple Calendar

Turn on Sync to have your Choiceworks events show up in your device's Apple Calendar app, right alongside the rest of your day.

1. Turn on Sync

Open the gear menu and turn on Sync to Apple Calendar. When your device asks for Calendar access, tap Allow.

2. See your events in Apple Calendar

Open the Apple Calendar app. Your events appear under a calendar named "Choiceworks - [your board's name]," so each child or board stays neatly separate. You can even color-code them in Apple Calendar.

Good to know: Sync is one-way, your Choiceworks events appear in Apple Calendar, but editing in Apple Calendar won't change your Choiceworks boards. Turn it off anytime in the gear menu.
